Just Magic Cattery — a responsive website for the Devon Rex and Maine Coon cattery, created from scratch to support kitten sales and improve client communication.

2. Main Objectives:
- Develop a unique and engaging design to represent the cattery’s brand.
- Create an easy-to-navigate catalog of kittens with status filters (available, reserved, in a new home).
- Implement SEO optimization to attract targeted traffic and improve visibility in search engines.
3. Project Stages:
- Research and Analysis: I began by analyzing competitor websites and studying the target audience to understand what is important to users in the cattery and pedigree kitten sales industry.
- Wireframing: Based on the gathered information, I developed wireframes to define the main interface elements and content layout on each page.
- Design Mockups: I created detailed mockups of all key pages, including the kitten catalog, filters, and product cards, which helped establish the visual style in advance.
- Prototyping: I built interactive prototypes in Figma to demonstrate key user flows and ensure that the structure aligned with the site’s goals.
- Website Development on Webflow: After the design was approved, I proceeded with building the site on the Webflow platform to bring the final design to life.
- CMS Collection and Filters Setup: I developed a CMS structure that allows the client to easily add new kittens and update their status (available, reserved, in a new home), making content management simple and straightforward.
- Responsive Design and Mobile Optimization: I ensured that the site looks correct and is user-friendly on all devices, including mobile, tablet, and desktop.
- Final Testing: I performed thorough testing across all major devices and browsers to ensure stability and a seamless user experience.

4. Challenges and Solutions
- Responsive Image Adaptation: One challenge was ensuring that images looked consistent across devices without losing quality or alignment. I optimized image sizes and applied adaptive settings in Webflow to maintain a high-quality display across all screens.
- SEO Optimization with Ongoing Content Updates: With frequent content adjustments, maintaining SEO was crucial. I regularly updated keywords, Title tags, and Meta Descriptions to ensure the site stayed relevant in search results.
- Filter and CMS Collection Customization: Setting up filters required custom CMS conditions for kittens’ statuses. I created specific visibility conditions to ensure filters displayed the correct content without duplication errors.
